Royce Resources Corp. Increases Private Placement Offering to Total Gross Proceeds of $1,350,000

VANCOUVER, Oct. 14, 2015 /CNW/ - Royce Resources Corp. (TSX-V: ROY.H) ("Royce" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that further to its news release dated October 2, 2015, the offering has now been increased by an additional 3,000,000 shares at $0.15 per share for proceeds of $450,000.

This brings the total gross proceeds to $1,350,000 subject to final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
