RS Announces CFO Resignation

CALGARY , Jan. 4 /CNW/ - Resin Systems Inc. ("RS") (RS - TSX), a technology innovator and manufacturer of advanced composite products for infrastructure markets, announces that Dimitrios (Jim) Leonidas has resigned as chief financial officer of RS. Joel Tennison , director of corporate development, has assumed the responsibilities of this position until a replacement is named.
