Russell Investments Announces Sub-Adviser Changes to Global Equity Portfolios

TORONTO , Sept. 22 /CNW/ - Russell Investments Canada Limited ("Russell") is pleased to announce the following sub-adviser changes in the Russell Sovereign Investment Program and LifePoints Portfolios:

Russell Global Equity Pool

Arrowstreet Capital L.P. (Arrowstreet) has been added to the Russell Global Equity Pool ("Global Equity Pool").

Clarivest Asset Management (Clarivest) is no longer a sub-adviser in the Global Equity Pool.

The Global Equity Pool is part of the Russell Sovereign Investment Program - which has provided multi-leveled risk protection and long-term performance for individual investors for over 15 years.

Russell Global Equity Fund

Arrowstreet has also been added to the Russell Global Equity Fund ("Global Equity Fund").

Coincident with this appointment, Clarivest is no longer a sub-adviser in the Global Equity Fund.

The Global Equity Fund is an underlying fund in LifePoints(R) Portfolios. Russell's innovative fund-of-funds solution is available to both individual and institutional investors.

Russell views these changes as structural enhancements in the Russell Sovereign Investment Program and LifePoints Portfolios.
