RYU Apparel Announces Approval for Warrant Repricing

VANCOUVER, Oct. 4, 2018 /CNW/ - RYU Apparel Inc. (TSXV: RYU) ("RYU" or the "Company"), creators of urban athletic apparel, announces that, further to its news release dated September 27, 2018, it has received acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") to decrease the exercise price of a total of 114,186,456 warrants (the "Warrants") that were issued in private placement unit offerings on December 4, 2017, December 22, 2017 and January 19, 2018 from $0.20 to $0.12.  In all other respects, the terms of the Warrants will remain unchanged.  Per TSXV policies, Warrants issued to finders in connection with the private placements are not eligible for repricing.
