VANCOUVER, Feb. 14, 2019 /CNW/ - SALAZAR RESOURCES LIMITED (TSXV: SRL) (Frankfurt: CCG.F) ("Salazar" or the "Company") announces the granting of options to directors and officers of the Company for the purchase of up to 2,700,000 common shares of the Company, at an exercise price of $0.12 per share, for a period of five years.
In addition the Company reports that further to its press release of January 25th 2019 it has received all regulatory approvals and has issued a warrant to purchase one million shares at a price of $0.12 for a term of five years to Arlington Group Asset Management Limited to settle a debt of $120,000 for services previously provided to the Company.
