SAMUEL AMALGAMATION WITH SAMUEL MANU-TECH INC. CONFIRMED BY SHAREHOLDERS

MISSISSAUGA, Sept. 14 /CNW/ - On Thursday September 9^th, the Shareholders of Samuel Manu-Tech Inc. ("SMT") passed a special resolution approving the amalgamation of Samuel Manu-Tech Inc. with Samuel, Son Acquisition Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Samuel, Son & Co., Limited. The passing of the special resolution completes the amalgamation process by establishing SMT as a wholly owned subsidiary of Samuel, Son & Co., Limited.
