Sanjel's Fracturing Fleet Growth Continues as Company Commits to an
Additional 135,000 HHP
CALGARY, Nov. 15 /CNW/ - Sanjel Corporation is pleased to announce that the Company has committed to an additional 135,000 hydraulic horsepower (HHP) of high rate fracturing pumpers, bringing Sanjel's fracturing capacity to in excess of 380,000 HHP across North America.
"2010 has been a year of tremendous growth for Sanjel. We have taken our fracturing capacity from approximately 135,000 HHP in January to over 380,000 hydraulic horsepower," said Ken Berg, VP Sales for Sanjel. "This increase in horsepower capacity positions us to meet our clients' growing demands in key resource plays from the Montney down to the Eagle Ford. The expansion follows on the heels of our release of industry leading bi-fuel frac pumpers, designed to reduce down time, fuel costs, and carbon footprint."
Sanjel will start incorporating the additional horsepower into the fleet in the first quarter of 2011 with full delivery completed during the third quarter of the year.
