SaskWorks Venture Fund Inc. Announces Change of Custodian

REGINA, June 9, 2017 /CNW/ - SaskWorks Venture Fund Inc. ("SaskWorks" or the "Fund") has announced that it has terminated its custodian relationship with CIBC Mellon Global Securities Services Company and signed a Custodian Agreement with Concentra Trust.  The Fund will commence using Concentra Trust's services in June 2017.

As part of the custodial relationship with Concentra Trust, the Fund also signed a Tax Credit Agreement with Concentra Trust and the Province of Saskatchewan.
