Desjardins is the first Quebec-based financial institution to offer mobile payment through several Canadian cellular networks
MONTREAL, Sept. 3, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Desjardins Group is the first Quebec-based financial institution to offer its new mobile payment service through several Canadian cellular networks. Thanks to Desjardins Mobile Payment, paying for everyday purchases using a smartphone is now possible on Bell Mobility, Rogers and Virgin Mobile networks. Other mobile carriers, including TELUS, will soon be added.
The ground-breaking payment solution offers Desjardins members and clients, who are also Visa Desjardins credit or prepaid cardholders, a simple, practical tool to pay using their smartphones at the many merchants accepting Visa payWave contactless technology.

- HTC One (M7)
- BlackBerry Bold 9900
