S'Cool Life Fund announces a unique opportunity in Quebec with Founding Music Partner SiriusXM Canada

SiriusXM Canada Music Fund is launched with $150,000 toward elementary school music programs for the 2012-2013 academic year

MONTREAL, May 16, 2012 /CNW/ - For thousands of elementary students across Quebec, the next school year will be filled with music. To celebrate the launch of the SiriusXM Canada Music Fund, a special opportunity is being made available for elementary schools in Quebec.

Through the SiriusXM Canada Music Fund, special grants of up to $5,000 will go toward programs, musical instruments and sheet music for Quebec elementary schools who apply for music projects that showcase innovative ideas and enhance the music experience for students. Principals, parents and students with a desire to enrich their schools music program and receive this special grant through the fund are encouraged to apply for these music projects at the S'Cool Life Fund website.

Online applications will be accepted until June15, 2012.
