SCORECARD SYSTEMS SELECTED BY MOBILICITY FOR REPORTING, ANALYSIS, COMMISSION
SOLUTIONS
Applications To Provide Carrier With Robust,
Accurate Subscriber Analysis and Commission Payment Capability
TORONTO, Nov. 3 /CNW/ - Scorecard Systems Inc., the global leader in reporting and analysis solutions for telecommunications companies, today announced that it has deployed its Subscriber Analysis Application and Commission Manager solutions for Mobilicity, Canada's unlimited, 3.5G mobile operator, which recently confirmed it will expand into Vancouver, Edmonton and Ottawa in November.
The solutions provide the new pay-in-advance carrier with a robust, accurate and rich subscriber reporting and commission calculation solution. Scorecard's applications, which drive deeper, more accurate reporting of customer activity, reduce subscriber acquisition costs, and put analytical ability directly in the hands of end-users, have been deployed at dozens of carriers throughout North America and Europe and currently measure results for over 150 million subscribers.
Scorecard's Subscriber Analysis Application ensures "one version of the truth" across departments, provides precision around churn and acquisition reporting, and allows deeper levels of understanding about customers' behavior patterns throughout their lifecycle. The Commission Manager ensures accuracy around partner payments, increases flexibility in defining plans, and significantly decreases the time spent in generating commissions and dealing with dealer queries.
"Scorecard provides us with a comprehensive solution for subscriber reporting, operational analysis and commission payments - giving us the same analytical capabilities as larger carriers," said Ryan Lausman, Vice President of Systems Operations for Mobilicity. "By deploying its Subscriber Analysis Application and Commission Manager under very short timeframes to meet our new market launch dates, Scorecard helps us hit the ground running with our growing base of Mobilicity customers and dealers."
"We are pleased to have successfully deployed our Subscriber Analysis Application and Commission Manager for Mobilicity. This deployment continues our tradition of supporting the launches of most startup wireless carriers in North America in the last 10 years," said Simon Marwood, Scorecard's CEO. "Gaining a true picture of the customer experience has always been a challenge for subscriber-based industries. Mobilicity has avoided the intricacies of trying to build a solution in-house by leveraging our solution, which has been proven at many other operators worldwide. The capabilities the system provides will have a direct impact on reducing subscriber acquisition costs, and will allow Mobilicity sales and marketing management to more effectively design commission plans and quickly monitor their success in a highly competitive market."
