Scotiabank Changes Mortgage Rates
TORONTO, June 25 /CNW/ - Scotiabank announced today the following changes in the Bank's posted residential mortgage interest rates, effective June 26, 2010:
- six-month flexible closed 4.95 per cent (decreases by 0.10 per cent) - one-year closed 4.40 per cent (decreases by 0.10 per cent) - two-year closed 4.25 per cent (decreases by 0.10 per cent) - three-year closed 4.80 per cent (decreases by 0.10 per cent) - four-year closed 5.64 per cent (decreases by 0.10 per cent) - five-year closed 5.89 per cent (decreases by 0.10 per cent) - seven-year closed 6.90 per cent (decreases by 0.10 per cent) - ten-year closed 7.25 per cent (decreases by 0.10 per cent) Scotiabank offers the following special discounted rates (*) on residential mortgages: - one-year fixed closed 2.54 per cent (decreases by 0.10 per cent) - five-year fixed closed 4.49 per cent (decreases by 0.10 per cent)
