TORONTO, Sept. 10, 2013 /CNW/ - At the conclusion of tonight's episode of CTV's THE AMAZING RACE CANADA, it was revealed that Jet and Dave, best friends from London, ON, were the sixth team eliminated from the series. When Dave's busking skills were put to the test on George Street in St. John's, N.L., it seemed like a perfect fit for the entertaining duo, but in the end, the Roadblock proved to be much more challenging than expected. The team tried to remain positive as they raced to the Pit Stop, only to find out that they were the last team to reach the mat - resulting in their elimination. Now, three teams remain in what promises to be an epic family face off to the finish line, in next week's season finale.

"We both busted our butts the whole way and it's disappointing, but I think we can be proud of what we've done," said Jet. "I'm confident in saying that even though we didn't win, we had the most fun."
"Winning is amazing, but I think the journey is important as well… because that's what losers say," added Dave about their experience on the series.
Next week on the thrilling season finale of THE AMAZING RACE CANADA (airing Monday, Sept. 16 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CTV and live on CTV Mobile), the final three teams head west to Toronto for the final leg of the race. Racers will face the most extreme challenges yet, where fears will reach new heights, bringing frustrations to a boiling point. The remaining competitors vying for the historic half a million dollar grand prize are:
- JODY and CORY - Brothers
- TIM SR. and TIM JR. - Father and Son
- VANESSA and CELINA - Sisters
