TORONTO, Aug. 5, 2014 /CNW/ - Sears Canada Inc. is issuing a voluntary product recall today for Joe Boxer licensed boys 3-piece Eat Sleep Play Pyjama Sets that Sears Canada designs and produces under license from Joe Boxer Canada. It has been discovered that the PJ Sets do not meet flammability testing standards for sleepwear. Sears Canada has received no reports of incidents to date.
The Sears regular selling prices were $29.99. The PJ Sets were sold in boys' sizes: small, medium, large and extra-large at Sears Canada retail stores between January 2014 and July 2014. The affected manufacturer numbers and corresponding Sears item numbers are as follows:

In the interest of consumer safety, Sears Canada urges customers who have the affected PJ sets to stop children from wearing them and return the sets to their nearest Sears department store for a full refund if accompanied by a receipt of sale or Sears Card statement, or for the lowest selling price without a receipt.
Sears Canada will be posting signs in all of its retail stores to advise customers of this safety recall. Sears Canada is bringing this matter to the public's attention in the interest of consumer safety and apologizes to its customers for any inconvenience.
