TORONTO, Aug. 15, 2018 /CNW/ -- SEI Investments Canada Company (SEI Canada), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SEI Investments Company (NASDAQ:SEIC), today announced that unitholders of four SEI Canada mutual funds, namely the Balanced 60/40 Fund, Growth 100 Fund, Income 40/60 Fund and Growth 80/20 Fund (each a Fund and collectively, the Funds), approved changes to each Fund's investment objectives at separate special unitholder meetings held today.
As detailed in the joint management information circular of the funds (the Circular) dated July 10, 2018, the adjustments to the investment objectives of each Fund will more accurately describe how each Fund is managed and will provide clarity to the unitholders of such Fund.
