Self-proclaimed Halloween fiend goes all out this Halloween - Tom Jonas'
house promises to be the scariest in Canada - "BIG CHILLS FOR LITTLE KIDS"
MONTREAL, Oct. 25 /CNW Telbec/ - BOO! Okay, maybe that didn't scare you but this Halloween the spookiest house in Canada is guaranteed to scare the pants right off of you (and the kids)! You have just got to check out 1750 Du Portage, St. Dorothee, Laval between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. on October 31. The owner Tom Jonas is a confirmed Halloween fanatic and his home will be decked out in all kinds of gory, gruesome and ghastly Halloween decorations guaranteed to give you the heebiejeebies. Of course there will be ghosts, goblins and ghouls, but there will also be plenty of other delights including a realistic skeleton and a coffin.
"I just love Halloween, I start preparing for the big day in June," says Tom Jonas. At heart, I guess, I am still a big kid. This year I have partnered up with two wonderful establishments, Marché Métro Perrier & Martel in Laval who are supplying candy and chips for the 300 kids expected, and Party World on St. Jacques Street West in Ville St. Pierre who donated some of the ghoulish scenes and decorations.
Once again this year, Tom will accept freewill donations on site or online to benefit The Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation of the MUHC. This year the goal is to raise a minimum of $2000.00.
