Sentient IV exercises warrants of Pershimco Resources Inc.

MONTREAL, July 10, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Sentient Executive GP IV, Limited ("Sentient IV") announces that it has exercised 4,027,005 common share purchase warrants (the "Pershimco Warrants") of Pershimco Resources Inc. ("Pershimco") on July 10, 2014.

Taking into account the exercise of the Pershimco Warrants, Sentient IV has control or direction over 37,604,243 Class "A" common shares in the capital of Pershimco ("Pershimco Shares"), representing approximately 16.90% of the outstanding Pershimco Shares.

Sentient IV exercised the Pershimco Warrants and acquired the Pershimco Shares for investment purposes only and not with a view to materially affecting control of Pershimco.
