Settlement dates for Alimentation Couche-Tard's voluntary offer for all the shares of Statoil Fuel & Retail Français
LAVAL, QC, June 18, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. ("Couche-Tard") (TSX: ATD.A ATD.B) wants to define precisely the settlement dates regarding its all-cash offer for all the issued and outstanding shares of Statoil Fuel & Retail ASA (SFR/Oslo Børs) for NOK 51.20 per share (NOK 53.00 per share before the dividend of NOK 1.80 per share paid to shareholders on May 9th, 2012) for which the extended Acceptance Period is ending on June 20, 2012 at 17h30 CET.
For shares tendered as of June 12, 2012 17h30 CET, settlement will occur on June 19, 2012 as previously communicated.
For shares tendered in the period from June 13, 2012 to June 20, 2012 at 17h30 CET, settlement will occur on June 26, 2012.
Upon issuing this press release, the acceptance level to Couche-Tard's offer has reached 81.24 %.
