$5,000,000 with Célébration 2025
MONTRÉAL, Jan. 21, 2025 /CNW/ - Karine Tremblay of the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region is the winner of the $5,000,000 grand prize for TV viewers drawn during the Célébration 2025 gala, broadcast on TVA on January 12. The lucky ticket was purchased in Dolbeau-Mistassini on December 25, just before a family Christmas dinner.

- Karine Tremblay bought a few Célébration 2025 tickets over the holidays, including one on December 25, when she was in Dolbeau-Mistassini for a family dinner. That ticket turned out to be the winner of the $5,000,000 grand prize.
- The day after the gala, she checked her ticket on the Loto-Québec app. When she saw the $5,000,000 pop up on her cellphone, she started screaming. Her spouse said he saw emotions on his partner's face that he'd never seen before!
The ticket was purchased at Dépan-Express on Rue de Quen in Dolbeau-Mistassini. The retailer will receive a 1% commission of $50,000.
