TORONTO, Feb. 28, 2013 /CNW/ - Shoppers Drug Mart Corporation (TSX: SC) today announced that its audited financial statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis for its fiscal year ended December 29, 2012 have been filed with Canadian Securities Administrators and will be available at www.sedar.com.

The Company also wishes to notify shareholders that its 2012 Annual Report, Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders, Management Proxy Circular and related materials will be mailed to them by no later than April 3, 2013.
