Acquisition enhances Shred-it's presence and scale in key Canadian markets
OAKVILLE, ON, Sept. 14, 2012 /CNW/ - Shred-it, the world-leading information security company providing document destruction services, announced today that it has acquired Super Shred Document Destruction. The effective date of the acquisition was September 11th, 2012.
Super Shred operated a leading onsite document destruction service operating primarily in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with operations in Cambridge and Ottawa. The acquisition applies to all of Super Shred's operations; Super Shred's operations will continue to operate from its existing location, near Toronto Pearson Airport, and will represent Shred-it's third branch in the GTA.
