Sigma Industries announces addition to its Board of Directors

SAINT-ÉPHREM-DE-BEAUCE, QC, May 28, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Sigma Industries Inc.(TSXV: SSG), a manufacturing company specializing in the production of composite and metal components, today announced changes to its Board of Directors. These changes become effective as of this day.

First, the Company announced the election of Mr. Roger Demers as independent director of the Company as well as his nomination as President of the Audit Committee. During his career, Mr. Demers held several important positions with the accounting firm Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton. He is currently member of the Board of Directors and President of the Audit Committee of Dynacor Gold Mines Inc. (TSX: DNG) and he was also a member of the Board of Directors of the Business Development Bank of Canada. Mr. Demers is a Fellow member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec and is a certified corporate director (Administrateur de sociétés certifié).

Second, the Company announced the resignation of Mr. Gérald Désourdy as President of the Audit Committee.
