Sigma Industries provides status report related to the filing of annual audited financial report

SAINT-ÉPHREM-DE-BEAUCE, QC, Sept. 25, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Sigma Industries Inc. ("Sigma" or the "Company") (TSXV: SSG) updates the information concerning its audited financial report and announces that Sigma continues its negotiation to finalize the agreement with its institutional lenders for the renewal of credit facilities at its disposal and consequently expects to be in a position to file its audited financial statements for the period ended on April 28, 2012, as planned, no later than October 26, 2012. The interim financial report for the quarter ended July 28, 2012 will be filed immediately after filing the annual financial report.
