Sigma Industries provides status report related to the filing of annual audited financial report

SAINT-ÉPHREM-DE-BEAUCE, QC, Oct. 23, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Sigma Industries Inc. ("Sigma" or the "Company") (TSXV: SSG) updates the information concerning its audited financial report and announces that it has settled the renewal of a credit facility with one of its institutional lenders. The Company is still negotiating with its other institutional lender for the renewal of credit facilities at its disposal and consequently expects to be in a position to file its audited financial statements for the period ended April 28, 2012 by the end of October. The interim financial report for the quarter ended July 28, 2012 will be filed immediately after filing the annual financial report.
