</pre> <p>HONOR YOUR COMMITMENT; APPLY THE CANADIAN LAW EQUALLY; AND RESPECT THE SENTIMENTS OF CANADIAN SIKHS</p> <p/> <p>Deny Kamal Nath entry into <span class="xn-location">Canada</span> just like Osman Saleh Mohamed and <span class="xn-person">Dr. Palitha Kohona</span></p> <p/> <p>WASHINGTON, <span class="xn-chron">March 16</span> /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The following open letter to Canadian Prime Minister Harper was released today by Sikhs for Justice:</p> <p/> <p>We urge you to deny Kamal Nath entry into <span class="xn-location">Canada</span> due to his participation in the killings of innocent Sikhs in <span class="xn-chron">November 1984</span> in which more than 3,000 Sikhs were killed.</p> <p/> <p>Evidence regarding the involvement of Kamal Nath in the killings of Sikhs in <span class="xn-chron">November 1984</span> is overwhelming, including the testimony of a reputable journalist, Mukhtiar Singh and other employees of an attacked Gurudwara, who testified seeing Kamal Nath leading an armed mob that attacked a Gurudwara in Rakab Ganj, <span class="xn-location">Delhi</span> and burnt several Sikhs alive.</p> <p/> <p>In addition, Kamal Nath's entry into <span class="xn-location">Canada</span> is also a clear violation of section 35 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act of 2001.</p> <p/> <p>In 2008 the Canadian government denied a visa to Eritrean Foreign Minister Osman Saleh Mohamed over his alleged participation in the violation of human rights. In <span class="xn-chron">March 2010</span>, your government refused a visa to Sri Lankan official <span class="xn-person">Dr. Palitha Kohona</span> for alleged human rights violations.</p> <p/> <p>Kamal Nath deserves the same treatment from your government.
