Simon & Schuster Canada and Gallery Books Author Sarah Richardson Signs on as Good Housekeeping Design Director

TORONTO, May 30, 2014 /CNW/ - Good Housekeeping editor in chief Jane Francisco today announced that Sarah Richardson joins the magazine as home design director, starting on June 11.  An award-winning designer and television personality, Richardson is the host and co-producer of five HGTV lifestyle series, which are seen in over 100 countries and focus on the demands and design challenges of modern living.  In addition to Room Service, Design Inc, Sarah's House and Sarah 101, Sarah's most recent series, Sarah Sees Potential will debut on HGTV USA this fall.  She is a past contributor and columnist on design and style for The Globe and Mail and Chatelaine, Canada's most read women's magazine. Richardson's work has been featured in publications including HGTV Magazine, Country Living, Coastal Living and Renovation Style.
