SIR Royalty Income Fund Announces Trustee Election Results of its 2013 Unitholder Meeting

BURLINGTON, ON, May 23, 2013 /CNW/ - SIR Royalty Income Fund (TSX: SRV.UN) ("the Fund") is pleased to announce that all of the nominees listed in its information circular dated April 11, 2013 were elected as trustees of the Fund at its Annual Meeting of Unitholders held on May 22, 2013 (the "Meeting").  The results of the voting for each nominee are as follows:
