SiriusXM Canada Announces Changes to Board of Directors
Suzanne Morris, CBC/Radio-Canada's Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, is appointed to the Board
TORONTO, Nov. 12, 2012 /CNW/ - Canadian Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. ("SiriusXM Canada" or the "Company") (TSX: XSR), parent of SiriusXM Canada Inc., announced that Ms. Suzanne Morris has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors. Ms. Morris has replaced Mr. Michel Tremblay as CBC/Radio-Canada's nominee to the SiriusXM Canada's Board of Directors, following Mr. Tremblay's resignation from his position as Director.

Ms. Morris is currently serving as CBC/Radio-Canada's Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Before becoming a member of CBC/Radio-Canada's Senior Executive Team, Ms. Morris was Secretary/Treasurer to the CBC Pension Board of Trustees. Prior to that, Ms. Morris was Vice-President, Small Business Financial Services, at Export Development Canada. She has also held senior positions in risk management and internal audit for EDC, as well as Deloitte. Ms. Morris earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours from the University of Ottawa and holds a Chartered Accountant designation. Ms. Morris serves on the Advisory Committee to the Dean of the Carleton University Sprott School of Business. A past Board member of the Forum for International Trade Training, she is an active member of the Financial Executives Institute and the Association of Financial Professionals. In 2011, Ms. Morris was appointed a member of the Board of Governors of the University of Ottawa.
