SiriusXM Canada Renews Senior Secured Credit Facility

TORONTO, March 25, 2015 /CNW/ - SiriusXM Canada (TSX: XSR), the country's leading audio entertainment company, today announced that it has renewed its senior secured credit facility with National Bank of Canada and the Toronto-Dominion Bank. The Company can access up to C$50 million for a term ending May 23, 2017. The previous senior secured credit facility agreement was for access to a maximum of C$35 million for a one-year term, and was set to expire May 23, 2015.
