WINNIPEG, July 21, 2016 /CNW/ - SkipTheDishes, North America's fastest growing food delivery network, announced that the company has launched a pilot program to test delivery for Wendy's. This pilot, to begin in Winnipeg, adds another national quick-service chain to the company's 3,000+ restaurants on its network.
Starting today, Winnipeggers will be able to get a Baconator, Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, and even a Frosty delivered to wherever they are, with seven Wendy's locations taking part in this pilot program.
"SkipTheDishes was created to help people gain more time in their day," said Joshua Simair, CEO and co-founder of SkipTheDishes. "All Wendy's delivery orders placed through SkipTheDishes.com or our iOS and Android apps feature real-time GPS tracking, live order updates, and no menu markups or hidden fees. These exclusive features allow busy people to enjoy Wendy's and spend time on things that are important to them."
"We're excited to be able to offer delivery to our guests through an innovative tech company like SkipTheDishes," said Tim MacLeod, franchise owner of Wendy's. "With this pilot program, we'll be able to continue transforming the customer experience with our commitment to quality and superior service."
To celebrate the launch of the pilot, SkipTheDishes will be offering free delivery on Wendy's orders until the end of July. Delivery is available starting at 10:00AM every day.
