VANCOUVER, Jan. 14, 2014 /CNW/ - Sky Harvest Energy Corp. is pleased to announce that Sky Vertical Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of Sky Harvest, has begun the assembly of its prototype vertical axis wind turbine and expects to deliver its initial production to customers in late February.
Sky Vertical's new location, NORCAT's technology incubator and development facility has greatly accelerated the prototyping process. Kyle Loney, the President and C.E.O. of Sky Vertical states, "Having the NORCAT support system has allowed our team to focus on the prototyping process. Our technology will benefit greatly from this relationship. With any start-up company, overhead is of great concern. However, with our development team and the facilities we have at NORCAT, we are able to keep our overhead to a minimum without sacrificing proficiency or expertise. This allows us to use available funds to focus on development. We are looking forward to a very successful 2014."
