Slice Launches Fun, Flirty Flix Back-To-Back Every Sunday

TORONTO, Dec. 2 /CNW/ - Sundays just got hotter, with fun and flirty flix, back-to-back on Slice. For the first time ever, Slice viewers can satisfy guilty-pleasure cravings with their favourite romantic comedies and studly action pics every Sunday starting December 5 at 6pm ET/3pm PT. Re-live Drew Barrymore's hilarious 50 First Dates with Adam Sandler; double date George Clooney and Brad Pitt in Ocean's 11 and Ocean's 12; or hang out with America's sweethearts, Sandra Bullock and Julia Roberts. Sundays were made for curling up on the couch, and now viewers can rely on Slice to provide the perfect TV companions for hours of entertainment.

"Following the drama-filled, gossip-worthy Saturday nights on Slice, a Sunday lineup of back-to-back movies is the perfect complement to round out our weekend schedule."
To announce the fun and flirty new star-studded movie block, Slice has launched a marketing campaign targeting adults 25-54 with a female skew. On-air and online promotion will run for three weeks on Shaw Media assets. Off-air campaign elements will run for two weeks and include Ontario-focused media, with 30-second radio spots on female-skewing stations as well as interactive program guide (IPG) ads.
The marketing campaign was developed entirely in-house by Shaw Media's Creative Agency, Media Strategy and Marketing Strategy Teams.
