SmartCard Marketing Systems LLC (OTC: SMKG) Signs MOU with EKOMINI Inc. On Bank Collaborations

MONTREAL, June 12, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - SmartCard Marketing Systems LLC announced today the signing of an MOU with Ekomini Inc and its president Cam Gentile. The agreement signifies a business relationship between both companies to develop an integrated product suite including SmartCard's VelocityMwallet offering and Ekomini's Eko Task software platform for Banks globally - a technology collaboration.

SMKG:OTC CEO Massimo Barone stated "The combined offering of our platforms will allow Banks to develop a younger channel of clients promoting savings and set protocols such as spending limits and tasked purchases in a retail or online shop leveraging VelocityMwallet's connectivity and modular (UI's)User Interfaces.  It needs to be simple and seamless for the Banks and their customers to opt in."
