STELLARTON, NS, March 15, 2012 /CNW/ - Sobeys announced today that it has completed the purchase of 236 Shell retail gas locations and related convenience store operations in Québec and Atlantic Canada. The transaction was completed consistent with the terms announced on December 15, 2011. The closing of this transaction follows receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.
