Softchoice Announces Increase to Quarterly Dividend
TORONTO, Feb. 19, 2013 /CNW/ - Softchoice Corporation (TSX: SO) announces that its Board of Directors has approved an increase to the quarterly dividend from CAD$0.07 to CAD$0.09 per common share. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2013 to Shareholders of Record at the close of business on March 1, 2013.
"This increase to our quarterly dividend clearly demonstrates our ongoing commitment to drive shareholder value," said David MacDonald, President and CEO of Softchoice.
