Softchoice Awarded Cisco's Highest Customer Satisfaction Rating in US and Canada
TORONTO, Jan. 27, 2014 /CNW/ - Softchoice, a North American solutions and services company, is pleased to announce it once again received the highest honor from Cisco Systems for Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence in both the United States and Canada. This accolade is given to top performing partners based on customer feedback and is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program.
"This distinction once again validates the investments we make in our people, whose passion builds trust with our clients, and whose expertise makes us an industry leader in designing, implementing and managing the most complex Cisco-based solutions," said Steve McDonald, Softchoice's Sr. Director of Business Development, Networking. "Through our Keystone Managed Services offerings, for example, we provide 24/7 technical support, but also the mentorship clients need to manage their complex IT environment and focus on driving innovation and business outcomes."
Softchoice is among the top 1% of Cisco Gold partners in North America with Master-level certifications as a Service Provider, Cloud Builder, and Unified Communications Partner. Softchoice's dedicated, multi-disciplinary technology teams include more than 25 Cisco Certified Internetwork Experts (CCIEs), and the company boasts more than 60 advanced Cisco certifications in all. Softchoice also routinely earns recognition from Cisco for Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence, including three years straight in the United States.
Cisco System's Channel Partner Customer Satisfaction Excellence assessment is based upon the customer satisfaction results captured in the Cisco Partner Access Online tool. Each quarter, Cisco recalculates the numbers from the previous four quarters, and then acknowledges partners who achieved customer satisfaction distinction within each geographic region during this time frame.
