Softchoice welcomes Kelly Breedon as new Senior VP of People & Growth

TORONTO, April 22, 2016 /CNW/ - Softchoice, a leading North American IT solutions and managed services provider, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Kelly Breedon to senior vice-president of People and Growth, effective May 2, 2016. Kelly is an experienced human resources executive who will be responsible for enhancing Softchoice's award-winning people organization through first-class recruitment, employee engagement and organizational development strategies.

Kelly has over 25 years of human resources experience in Canada and the U.S. – including 15 years at an executive level – most recently serving as vice-president of Human Resources at Ricoh Canada. She also held similar positions at Dell Canada, Coca-Cola Ltd., and Marsulex Inc. Kelly holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto, and a Masters of Industrial Relations from Queen's University. She is also a board member for Girls Inc. of York Region.

As the senior vice-president of People and Growth, Kelly is responsible for talent management, recruitment and retention, organizational development and design, employee engagement, performance initiatives and compensation programs. All of these areas have a tremendous impact on enhancing Softchoice's award-winning workplace and culture.
