Solium Adds Jersey Trust to its Portfolio

CALGARY, June 15, 2015 /CNW/ - Solium Capital Inc. ("Solium") (TSX: SUM), one of the leading providers of software-as-a-service for global equity-based incentive plans administration, financial reporting and compliance, today announced the formal establishment of Solium Capital Trustee (Jersey) Limited, a managed trust company ("MTC") in Jersey, in the Channel Islands.

The manager of the MTC will be Appleby (Trust) Jersey Limited ("Appleby"), which also assisted in obtaining a trust licence from the Jersey Financial Services Commission.

Under the terms of the agreement, Appleby will provide employee benefit trust (EBT) administration services to the MTC, which will enable Solium to offer a seamless global service to UK PLCs with the provision of an offshore trust capability.
