Solium Announces Appointment of Geoff Price as Country Head for Australia

CALGARY, May 5, 2014 /CNW/ - Solium Capital Inc. ("Solium" or the "Company") (TSX: SUM) today announced the appointment of Geoff Price as the Country Head for Australia, effective April 22, 2014. Reporting to Mike Broadfoot, CEO and Managing Director, Mr. Price will oversee Solium's operations in Australia.

Mr. Price has a degree in economics and law. He worked for many years as a consultant in the field of executive compensation design; he then co-founded RPC Plan Managers in 1998. In 2001, Geoff joined Computershare (CPM) following their acquisition of RPC, and he subsequently held a series of senior roles at CPM in Australia and the UK.
