Solium Announces Appointment of Kelly Schmitt as Chief Financial Officer

CALGARY, Aug. 18, 2015 /CNW/ - Solium Capital Inc. ("Solium") (TSX: SUM), the leading global provider of software-as-service for equity administration, financial reporting and compliance, announced today that Kelly Schmitt, will join its executive team as Chief Financial Officer effective September 28.

Kelly brings 15 years of finance and capital markets experience to the position. Prior to joining Solium, she held key roles at SMART Technologies, including Treasurer, Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Controller. Most recently as VP Finance & CFO, she oversaw all finance operations including accounting, business planning, treasury, tax, internal audit, investor relations and financial systems. Kelly was instrumental in SMART's initial public offering, and drove many of the changes required to support the Company's global expansion and sales into over 100 countries.
