Shawn Abott and Laura A. Cillis appointed to the Board

Mr. Abott has twenty years of experience in the information technology industry. During his career, he has worked with numerous startup technology companies. Currently Mr. Abott is a partner at iNovia Capital, a venture capital firm.

Ms. Cillis is a seasoned executive with over twenty five years of experience working in publicly traded international organizations. Ms. Cillis holds a Chartered Accountant designation.
