Solium Reports Voting Results from Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

CALGARY, May 31, 2016 /CNW/ - Solium Capital Inc. ("Solium" or the "Company") (TSX: SUM) today announced, in accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") requirements, the voting results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders held May 25, 2016 in Calgary, Alberta.

A total of 36,290,998 common shares were voted in connection with the meeting, representing approximately 73.72% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business put forward at the meeting, including the appointment of Deloitte LLP as auditors, the ratification and confirmation of the Company's amended and restated shareholder rights plan agreement, approval of unallocated entitlements under the Company's stock option plan and share award incentive plan, and the election of all director nominees.  The votes in respect of the election of directors were as follows:
