MONTREAL, Nov. 28, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Yesterday, Solotech announced a key step in its expansion plan of its Canadian activities with the acquisition of the Toronto-based company Midnite Hour Productions.
According to François Ménard, CEO of Solotech, this strategic move will allow Solotech to consolidate its position in the Greater Toronto (GTA) market in addition to joining a team of experts in tailor-made solutions for lighting, video, rigging and decor for stage, film and corporate events.

"With our Montreal, Quebec, Toronto and Vancouver facilities, clients will now have access to a pan-Canadian network as well as our Las Vegas point-of-service to support technical and creative demands of artistic, sports and corporate events in North America and internationally." explained François Ménard.
