Southern approach of the Jacques Cartier Bridge: Work at Viaduct B - Minor
night closures on August 25 and 28

LONGUEUIL, QC, Aug. 25 /CNW Telbec/ - The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) wishes to announce the closure of the on ramp to the Jacques Cartier Bridge from Taschereau Boulevard East, as well as the on ramp to Taschereau Boulevard East (towards Route 132) from the Jacques Cartier Bridge on the nights of Wednesday, August 25 at 11:30 PM to Thursday, August 26 at 5 AM, and from Saturday, August 28 at midnight, until Sunday, August 29 at 7 AM.

These minor closures will not have a large impact on the flow of traffic, as they take place late at night. We made sure to schedule this work at these hours as traffic is less of an issue. The Jacques Cartier Bridge still remains an excellent option for the entire weekend from Friday, August 27 to Monday morning, August 30, as important road paving will be taking place on the Champlain Bridge.

Remember that the on ramp to the Jacques Cartier Bridge through St-Laurent and Ste-Hélène streets are closed to traffic for the entirety of this work.
