S&P Dow Jones Indices Announces Changes to the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices
A Deletion from the S&P/TSX Composite Index
TORONTO, June 9, 2017 /CNW/ - S&P Dow Jones Indices Canadian Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:
The shareholders of DH Corporation (TSX: DH) have accepted the terms of an Arrangement Agreement with Vista Equity Partners. Vista Equity Partners will pay $CDN25.50 cash per share of DH Corporation. The shares of DH Corporation will be removed from the S&P/TSX Composite, Capped Composite and Composite Equal Weight, the S&P/TSX Completion, the S&P/TSX Capped Information Technology and the S&P/TSX Composite Dividend Indices prior to the open of trading on Thursday, June 15, 2017.
