A Deletion from the S&P/TSX Composite Index
TORONTO, Nov. 28, 2018 /CNW/ - S&P Dow Jones Indices Canadian Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:
The shareholders of Mitel Networks Corporation (TSX:MNW) have agreed to the terms of a Plan of Arrangement resulting in the acquisition by Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P. Each share of Mitel Networks will receive USD$11.15 cash consideration. Mitel Networks shares will be removed from all S&P/TSX indices where the stock is a constituent prior to the open of trading on Monday, December 03, 2018.
