Spara Acquisition One Corp dissolved

TORONTO, July 18, 2013 /CNW/ - In accordance with shareholder approval received on June 18, 2013, Spara Acquisition One Corp ("SAO") was dissolved today by articles of dissolution.  This dissolution follows the completion of SAO's qualifying transaction the details of which were set out in SAO's management information circular dated May 14, 2013 available at www.SEDAR.com.
