Speakeasy Closes $3 Million Financing

VANCOUVER, July 24, 2018 /CNW/ - Speakeasy Cannabis Club Ltd. (CSE: EASY) (Frankfurt: 39H) (the "Company" or "SpeakEasy") announces it has closed its non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of 4,285,714 Units ("Units") at a price of $0.70 per Unit for gross proceeds of $3,000,000. Each Unit will be comprised of one common share of the Issuer (a "Share") and one common share purchase warrant of the Issuer (each whole warrant, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will be exercisable into a common share of the Company (a "Warrant Share") at an exercise price of CDN$1.00 with a year expiry.

$19,250 finder's fees were paid by the Company in connection with this Private Placement.

The proceeds of this private placement are for the Company's general working capital.
