VANCOUVER, March 13, 2019 /CNW/ - SpeakEasy Cannabis Club Ltd. (CSE: EASY) (Frankfurt: 39H) (the "Company" or "SpeakEasy") announces that the Company's Board of Directors has approved a grant of incentive stock options (the "Options") to employees, consultants and two members of its senior management team to acquire up to an aggregate of 925,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (the "Common Shares"). The Options have an exercise price of $0.80/share and will expire 5 years from the date of grant.
The Company's Board of Directors also approved the payment of a performance bonus to an officer of the Company, such bonus to be paid by the issuance of 100,000 Common Shares.
