Spectrum Powder Manufacturing Ltd Sale
CALGARY, May 21, 2013 /CNW/ - Mr. Duncan Alexander, President of Spectrum Powder Manufacturing Ltd., announced the sale of the Company to Cloverdale Paint Inc. of Surrey, British Columbia, effective today.
Founded in 2002 by Mr. Alexander and Mr. Derek Sheppard, the Company produces lower volume powder coatings for the Western Canadian Market from their 11,000 square foot manufacturing and distribution facility in Calgary, Alberta.
Mr C.A. (Al) Mordy, President and C.E.O. Cloverdale Paint advises that Spectrum Powder will continue to operate as a separate entity although Cloverdale may become a distributor and/or sales agent for Spectrum Powder in select markets at some time in the future. Mr. Duncan Alexander will continue as President of Spectrum Powder.
